Why should I use demonaco mobile detailing instead of other mobile detailers in the area?

What is detailing?

It is the practice of performing an extremely thorough cleaning, polishing and waxing of an automobile, both inside and out, to produce a show-quality level of detail.

What is claying?

Clay is a mixture of clay base and various abrasives. Clay along with a clay lubricant is used to remove paint contamination. Road grime, tar, bugs, rust, tree sap and even paint over spray can be removed with a clay bar.
Claying does not replace polishing.
Claying should be used once or twice a year.

What is Buffing?

The purpose of polishing is to remove contamination, swirls, scratches and other imperfections from the paint. In contrast to the clay, which removes contamination from the surface of the paint, polishes penetrate the paint itself. Polish is used to remove light oxidation and fine scratches. It can also be used to remove light imperfections such as swirl marks or water spots.

What is Waxing?

Ultimate protection for the paint after claying and polishing. Remember wax is wax just like a candle. If you live somewhere hot you need to do it more often because it melts.

WHAT IS OXIDATION?

It's a chemical reaction between atmospheric pollutants and the paint's pigments. The oxidation of conventional car paint (and, to a lesser extent, the newer clearcoat finishes) creates an ever-growing layer of scum on the paint's surface. In conventional finishes, the scum is "dead paint": the oxidized top color layer of paint. In clearcoat finishes, what's oxidized is the see-through protective top layer of the clearcoat. Unless the finish is regularly detailed and the scum removed, the oxidation layer thickens and builds and dulls the paint.

Waxing does not remove the oxidation. It merely covers it up. No amount of waxing alone can recapture oxidized paint's original color or vibrancy. Only detailing can.
